Drop-In Beginners Pilates Class - Friday Morning

A friendly mat-based class which starts with the basics of Pilates and where it’s OK to take a rest if you need to! You will learn how to practice Pilates exercises correctly and easily in order to strengthen muscles, improve joint mobility and build core strength.
