If you’ve just discovered Vitality Pilates by Kirsty, welcome - I’m so glad you’re here!

Whether you’ve joined one of my Pilates classes in Linlithgow, found your way here through a post on social media or you’re just browsing for ways to feel stronger, more flexible and energised, I want to say a big hello.

Let me introduce myself properly….

Who I Am (And Why I Love Pilates So Much)

I help active adults unlock the full potential of their strength and mobility through accessible, effective Beginners Pilates classes.

My classes are designed for real people who love to walk, run, hike, lift, cycle or simply want to feel good in their everyday bodies, even as the years creep on!

I’ve been active my whole life and have no intention of slowing down. I know the frustration of aching knees, a stiff back or just feeling too tired to enjoy your weekend run or sports session.

That’s why I focus on simple, smart Pilates exercises that build core strength, improve flexibility, and unlock joint mobility. The kind of movement that feels good and supports you where you are.

And don’t get me started on the lycra-clad ex-dancers on social media showing off Pilates moves most humans shouldn’t even attempt! Forget the complex moves with names like “Corkscrew” and “Control Balance” - they’re more like a contortionist’s challenge than anything truly helpful for you.

My focus is helping you:

✔ Build strength safely
✔ Improve posture and core stability
✔ Support your running and sports performance
✔ Enhance your flexibility and joint mobility
✔ Prevent injuries and stay active for longer

Pilates for Active Adults in Linlithgow

If you're local to Linlithgow, I run weekly in-person Beginner Pilates classes designed to help you stretch, strengthen and feel incredible. These sessions are ideal if you’re new to Pilates, have been advised to try it for a sore back, or are returning to movement after injury, pregnancy, or time away.
